Joice Mary Antony never really envisioned herself to help change people’s lives with her expertise in training and HR. But thanks to her well intentioned efforts, that’s exactly what she is today – a motivational speaker and a trainer covering a plethora of subjects. Joice has over a decade's worth of experience in skill development, women empowerment, human resources and behavioral science. She has numerous awards and accolades to her credit. She was awarded Woman Icon of the Year, 2011 by Creative Labs IT Solutions and was conferred with the regional award for The Best Youth from Kerala by Kerala Catholic Bishops Conference for the year 2009-10. She was the youngest member of the team from Kerala to attend the Cultural Exchange program in Austria, Hungary and Germany in 2008. She represented India at the World Youth Parliament 2011 conducted in New York, U.S.A.
