Tomy, our Managing Director, has a wealth of practice in education, training and development. His core experience however is his 30 plus years in Social Work, starting in India and continuing in the UK where he has reached the role of Service Manager in Children’s Services. Throughout his long and successful career he has refined his skillset in Social Care Sector to be able to train aspiring social workers and find their footing in this demanding job. Tomy has implemented safeguarding policies in the workplace as well as providing training on the subject across the globe. Further, he has worked in partnership with Councils to effectuate quality assurance, strategic leadership and performance management . Having been involved in numerous interview processes Tomy is accomplished in training individuals for interviews, whether it be for a university place or an experienced hire. Tomy has been a Career Counsellor and Trainer for over 25 years.
